You want to invoice in a few clicks, get paid faster and never re-enter a treatment again. Your accountant will thank you.
What it includes
- Quotes and Swiss QR invoices : the quote is created in one click from the consultation or the treatment catalogue, then goes straight to the patient. The invoice is generated in the Swiss QR format, compliant, VAT included, without re-entering the treatments.
- Card or bank transfer : the patient pays by card or bank transfer. Each payment is matched automatically to its invoice, and a deposit can be requested at booking (with Calendar).
- Reminders and accounting export : unpaid invoices are reminded automatically. At the end of the month, an export is ready in the format your accountant asks for, without spreadsheets or re-entry.
The Invoicing module is included in the Système complet. It can also be added to the Calendar module, to Consultation or to Surgery, for CHF 45 per month and per practitioner instead of CHF 60 on its own.
